Pilates

Join us in October for one hour of Pilates. Pilates is a non-impact exercise system that promotes building core (abs and back) strength and improving flexibility and balance. All levels are welcome. This class will be instructed by Sarah Hojnacki, AAAI certified Pilates instructor. Sarah is also certified in Core and Pilates through Mad Dog Spinning.



Fitness and Cooking Club

Sunday, November 8

The Fitness Committee and the Cooking Club will join forces this month on Sunday, November 8 and create a healthy menu of soups, bread and salad! Let's get together at my house for some warm conversation and warm food! Details under Cooking Club this month!
